Why Cycle with a Waist Trainer?

While researchers debate the health risks of a higher body mass index (BMI) or carrying a few extra pounds, everyone can agree that carrying too much weight around your waist is largely detrimental to your health. Research shows that a waistline over 40inches for men and 35 inches for women puts you at risk for heart disease even if you’re not technically overweight and are otherwise in good health. Belly fat has also been linked to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and diabetes. So, you might be wondering: How can I burn belly fat? Cycling while wearing one of our waist trainers will torch the belly fat!!!!!

Look like a Pro

In recent years, the sport of cycling has exponentially grown in popularity, with hundreds of men, women and children up and down the UK hopping on a bike for their dose of exercise. Cycling is an incredible form of physical activity, helping you to get healthy, improve your fitness and shift any stubborn pounds quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but there’s something truly invigorating about getting up close and personal with the elements as you cycle, exploring and enjoying exercise at the very same time. Cycling is a fantastic way to get yourself fit and to enjoy it too. Your results are tangible, you can work on improving your times, distances and endurance and there’s always work to be done. Here’s our top tips on how to cycle like a pro.

Cycling for health and fitness

It only takes two to four hours a week to achieve a general improvement to your health. Cycling is:

Low impact – it causes less strain and injuries than most other forms of exercise.

A good muscle workout – cycling uses all of the major muscle groups as you pedal.

Easy– unlike some other sports, cycling does not require high levels of physical skill. Most people know how to ride a bike and, once you learn, you don’t forget.

Good for strength and stamina – cycling increases stamina, strength and aerobic fitness.

As intense as you want – cycling can be done at very low intensity to begin with, if recovering from injury or illness, but can be built up to a demanding physical workout.

A fun way to get fit – the adventure and buzz you get from coasting down hills and being outdoors means you are more likely to continue to cycle regularly, compared to other physical activities that keep you indoors or require special times or places.

Time-efficient– as a mode of transport, cycling replaces sedentary (sitting) time spent driving motor vehicles or using trams, trains or buses with healthy exercise.

CUSTOMER REVIEW ***This waist trainer is the TRUTH!!!!***

This waist trainer is the deadass truth. Excuse my language but I’ve used it for the last 3 weeks and I see results already. I’m literally sweating sitting down. I’ve bought a lot of waist trainers and none of them were like this. I know for a fact when I start my workouts with it, I’ll be saying bye bye waist hello snatched waist. I did not believe the waist trainer was going to work like it’s working because it’s cheap. Thank you finally somebody with a non expensive product that actually works.

CUSTOMER REVIEW ***THE BEST post-partum waist shaper belt you can buy***

I bought this with many other waist cincher, girdle, shaper to bring my waist back to shape. This was by far the winner in terms of comfort, level of support, and the squeezing you need to get your waist back in shape. The other girdles are extremely uncomfortable to put on, is a pain to go to the bathroom, and usually unadjustable. This one is not. It’s not meant to give you a flat shape under your clothes like the other shapers, but to give you the shape you want to get INTO. It gets warm under, but the heat is supposed to help you get into shape as well. Hope this helps someone so they don’t have to buy 10 different ones to find the right one!!

CUSTOMER REVIEW ***Lost a total of 80lbs***

I lost totally 80 lbs with my All Around Retail sweat belt for around one year!

Thanks to my All Around Retail sweat vest I feel like I did way more than dance.

As i was sweating away, i Thought I would make a small investment In a sweat vest to see if my belly melts away a bit, as promised by the producer, All Around Retail. So far, I like it! Does Not restrict my movements, and contains all the extra sweat inside.

I LOVE working out in this vest! I sweat like crazy!!!

CUSTOMER REVIEW ***You definitely have to trust the process***

I bought this trimmer April 2020 and used it in 3 months now. I would describe my workout as moderate to high intensity so I do sweat a lot even without the band. If you're working out with this on, make sure you wear shorts or pants that are water resistant or dark because it will make you sweat a lot and the sweat just run down your back. I read the other reviews about people having reactions to the material so I wore a tank top and strap over it. It did not work as well as putting the belt directly on your skin. So far, no skin reaction but I will update if it ever happens. It does not provide much back support so if you're planning to do deadlifts and other heavy liftings, I would recommend purchasing another belt.

Doesn’t roll up.

I ordered a large. I'm 5'4, 188lbs, a size 12. the belly trainer appears going to be helpful with my baby fat. its was small for me to zip up but velcro is working to hold it in place. I plan to get the next size as i do want to wear it with undergarment under it. I like how it it is sewn. Looks sturdy but i have not washed it yet. I tried using it today in the gym and it does not bunch up in the mid section like i was expecting since its small but i will still get the next size. You can use under your shirt bI ordered a large.

I have been wearing it for almost a week now and I am loving the results already. It makes me sweat twice as much than before when I workout now. I've tried many waist trainers in the past and have thrown them out, but I will keep this one as long as it lasts. Great purchase!

I am happy with the product. I usually wear a size 16. I ordered a size 3xl and I it is on the tightest hook set already. I did want it to be on a lower set of hooks so I could tighten it in future. But it isn't too big so I will use as is. I can wear it under my shirt without looking funny. It is long so doesn't ride up. I do feel my skin is tighter after use. Will Continue and consider ordering a smaller size next time.

Wore it today and I LOVE IT!!! The boning is a bit uncomfortable on bare skin but I got used to it. The fit is AWESOME and it stayed in place my whole workout. I took my measurements and went a size down for a more snug fit. It covers from the base of my boots to my waistline and it truly sucked me in, but I was still able to do an exercise it’s very similar to a waist trainer sold by an influencer on IG at damn near triple it’s amazon price.

I went based on reviews and got a large but I should have gotten a size smaller. Size 8 for reference. Great thing is that it hasn’t rolled up for me and for my long torso hits right under my bra line. I wish that the straps or flaps had more stretch for compression.
